物化性能

三乙烯二胺(TEDA)常態為無色或白色晶體,暴露在空氣中易吸濕潮解并結塊,呈堿性,能吸收空氣中的CO2并發黃。易溶于丙酮、苯及乙醇。純TEDA毒性很小,吸入飽和的三乙烯二胺(TEDA)蒸汽會引起輕微的黏膜刺激,對眼睛有損害,刺激皮膚會引起過敏癥。

三乙烯二胺TEDA)是一種雙雜環結構的叔胺催化劑,主要用于生產聚氨酯泡沫的凝膠催化劑,廣泛用于軟質、半硬質、硬質聚氨酯泡沫塑料、彈性體,此外三乙烯二胺(TEDA)還可用作環氧樹脂固化催化劑、乙烯聚合催化劑、丙烯腈聚合催化劑乙基環氧乙烷烴聚合催化劑以及農藥的引發劑和無氫電鍍添加劑等。

 

三乙烯二胺(TEDA)的化學結構很獨特,是一種籠狀化合物,兩個氮原子上連接三個亞乙基。在叔胺催化劑中,三乙烯二胺(TEDA)是最重要的有個品種,可廣泛用于各種聚氨酯泡沫塑料,在一步法發泡工藝中,三乙烯二胺(TEDA)的重要性尤其顯著。一方面它活性高,用量較小;另一方面它對凝膠反應和發泡反應都有較強的催化作用,尤其對聚氨酯與羥基的催化作用選擇性更強。
